Bruckner CD Releases

Ben Bruckner is releasing both Limitations and The Boundary Waters on April 15 at 8pm. The show will be in North Park University’s Java Haus, under Burgh Hall (That’s at N Spaulding and W Argyle). Trinity is opening for him.

The albums will each be $5, so bring a few to support Ben. He’s hoping to give some of the money to a North Park mission team.

A song from Limitations and a few off of The Boundary Waters are up in the discography.

Project Stinkeye CD Release – March 3

This Wednesday at 9pm, Joel Schuman’s band is releasing its first EP, the amorphous “Noise/Art.” The show is in Java Haus, the student coffee house at North Park University, in the basement of Burgh Hall, right around 5000 N Spaulding Ave. Tim Lowly, the resident artist and a staple singer-songwriter of the university, will be performing with his band, as well. The show is free, so come out!

Three songs from the album are already downloadable in our discography.

Dual Release from Joe Davis

Joe Davis is releasing both Goodbye, Babylon! and Fireflies on Thursday, October 22. Robert Eisenbraun recorded them at the same time (Joe has two mouths and pairs of lungs), and while their intentions are different, the albums are certainly related. The artwork intentionally matches, and they have generally similar sounds.

We are not yet sure what will happen October 22, but likely someone will open for Joe at 9:30pm, and Joe will take the stage and perform afterward.

Fireflies will have five songs and will sport a packet design made from one piece of paper. Goodbye, Babylon! will be twice as long as Fireflies, and will be in a standard jewel case.

Go to the discography for more details on Goodbye, Babylon! and Fireflies. After release, they will be available for free download.
